This is the panoramic view from Baskerville Hall Hotel just outside Hay-on-Wye (yes, the Baskerville of Sherlock Holmes fame, although Conan Doyle set the story in the moors at the request of the Baskerville family, who wanted to avoid becoming a tourist trap), where I spent the past weekend in my first face-to-face company meeting since January 2020.
I’m busy travelling up and down and across England for work this week, so hopefully next Monday’s briefing will be a bonanza of interesting things.
See you next week!
The driveway up to Baskerville Hall Hotel.
The newly-renovated Hay Castle (couldn’t tell) with the Winter Festival on, apparently.
England’s skies always pulls out dramatic clouds when it’s decided to stop looking dreary grey for a moment.
